For security reasons we will confirm all 1st time orders via telephone. Please accept call verification. For additional security purposes, we do NOT arrange delivery of your COV Infamy without first contacting yourself. We will also provide screenshots of the transaction for proof of delivery.
Due to increasing number of fraudulent orders, we will check more carefully the payments made through echecks, unconfirmed addresses, or unverified accounts with paypal. However, understanding the constant needs of our customers, we are working to add direct credit card payment and money order payment methods. As a reminder, we still accept all money bookers transactions. In addition, for those customers who can't find another method of payment except with echecks, we are willing to work with you through subjecting the transaction to City-of-villains-sale's Higher Security Processing. However, this may take longer than usual processing time, and would require that the echeck is cleared before any delivery of your COV Infamy can be made.
